I wish I could say we met in a Wendy's parking lot while lunging towards the same rat that was going for a car-grease nugget.
Nathan and Lizzi actually met through the internet after exchanging too much personal information and social security numbers. They began a tete-a-tete trying to outwit and outfunny one another through the art of texting and photographic observations. Soon they met face-a-face at an Indian restaurant that is no longer in business (we miss you, please come back). It was there that sparks flew at OSHA-violating levels (not the reason the place closed down), and it was the beginning of a beautiful and spine-tingling relationship.
Nathan and Lizzi then went on date after date and weathered a pandemic side by side. Lizzi re-learned how to ride a bike for Nathan. Nathan learned how to build a pergola for Lizzi. Now, they live together in a home of their own that is often surrounded and inhabited by creatures, creepy crawlies, and ghoulish figures. We're really looking forward to it being inhabited and surrounded by y'all in September.
